“The last 15 months have been such a relief for me since I have regularly been using ManukaGuard Medical Grade Honey and Sinus Cleanser.
For the last 20 years, I have suffered from horrible allergies without any relief. I was sick every year with either a Sinus Infection, Bronchitis, or Upper Respiratory Infection, and my doctor said I was septic with allergies. I went on for three more years without any relief of any kind. I tried a lot of different OTC options, but nothing worked.
I was feeling defeated until I finally found and tried Manukaguard Honey and Sinus Cleansing Spray. I found the much-needed relief I was searching for, for decades. I started taking the products immediately three times a day every day, and in three week's I was allergy-free. After three weeks, I transitioned to using just the ManukaGuard Honey every day.
I went back to see my doctor after six months of using ManukaGuard products, the mucus in my chest had lifted, and we finally were able to see this in my x-rays. The doctor was shocked in amazement knowing, that honey products were what I had been using to get off all medications.
I continue to use ManukaGuard Medical Grade Honey every day. I have not been sick since I started these products, and I am forever grateful. Thank you ManukaGuard!”

Remember, honey is sweeter than sugar. You can use less. As a rule, you can substitute for every 1 cup of sugar with 1/2 to 2/3 cup honey. Due to honey having hydroscopic properties, you will also want to reduce the amount of liquid in your recipes.
For every 1 cup of honey you are using, subtract 1/4 cup of other liquids from the recipe.
Honey is naturally acidic, and baking soda will help to balance this acidity to allow the baked good to rise properly.
It’s a good idea to add 1/4 teaspoon baking soda for every 1 cup honey used. Lastly, the higher sugar content in honey means it caramelizes and therefore burns faster than granulated sugar. To ensure that whatever you are baking doesn’t brown too quickly, lower the oven temperature by 25 degrees and check your baked goods frequently.
